Nestlé UK and Ireland
When it comes to Nestlé UK & Ireland, the question isn't so much 'What do we do?' It's more a case of 'What don't we do?'
Our confectionery range is one of the largest and best-loved in the UK. It covers every treat you'd care to mention from Aero to Yorkie taking in along the way such unforgettable names as After Eight, Black Magic, Blue Riband, Caramac, Dairy Box, Drifter, Kit Kat, Lion Bar, Munchies, Milky Bar, Nestlé Crunch, Polo, Rolo, Rowntree's Fruit Gums, Rowntree's Fruit Pastilles, Smarties, Toffee Crisp, Toffo, Tooty Frooties and Walnut Whip.
If you thought the challenge of trying to say all that in one breath was pretty steep, it's nothing compared to the daily challenge of producing and distributing all these much-loved brands.
And yet, confectionery is just the tip of the iceberg as far as Nestlé UK & Ireland is concerned. Our other divisions are also incredibly busy.
This is, after all, where we produce everything from Nescafé Instant Coffee to Nescafé Cappuccino, Nesquik, the ever-popular Herta range of chilled meats as well as a comprehensive range of mouth-watering creams, desserts and dairy products.
So what's the secret of our success?
Well, in essence, it boils down to bridging the gap between great taste and real care for our customers, our environment and our people.
For you, it will mean a choice of career paths and product specialisms you simply couldn't get anywhere else. You might, for example, find yourself working on Aero, carving out the strategies and partnerships that will guarantee our future success. Or you might find yourself working in disciplines as diverse as Corporate Affairs, Customer Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Pensions, Production, Research and Development, Sales or Supply Chain.
Did you know?
Nescafé was the first ever instant coffee, introduced to the world in 1938 and becoming a staple beverage for millions of American and British servicemen during WWII.
