Why Join Nestlé?

There are many reasons why you should join the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company. While you read about them, why not find out more about our brands and how Nestlé is structured.

Structured Graduate Programme

To accelerate the success of our business we need to build a team who’ll deliver winning performance. That’s why we recruit the highest calibre graduates and develop them through a carefully structured programme. This programme has continually produced people who excel both personally and as part of a team. Show us what you’re made of, and you too could be one of the talented individuals who lead our business into the future.

Times Top 100 Graduate Employer

To determine the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers, students across the country are asked to vote for which employers offer the best opportunities to graduates today. The fact that we’re listed reflects the reputation of our Graduate Programme – and shows our commitment to your development.

Graduate Class of 2010 Introductory day

Joining a new company can be a daunting experience. That’s why we’ve created an introductory day in March, well before your main induction programme begins in September. This day gives you the opportunity to get to know your fellow graduates, talk to those currently on our programme, and meet others who will be working in the same business area as you.
You’ll also get the chance to learn about our business and products. (Be warned, this may involve some chocolate tasting!).

Since we introduced this day, we’ve had a really positive response from those graduates hired who’ve taken part. And it’s no wonder. After all, we’ve put in a lot of time and money into finding you – so we want you to feel part of the Nestlé team as quickly as possible.

One week induction

When you first start with us in September, you won’t be alone. You’ll join all your fellow graduate trainees on a one-week intensive induction programme. We’ll give you more in-depth training on Nestlé and our different business areas. This will be delivered by our most talented people, who are working in these areas themselves. There’ll also be time for a tour round one of our many factories – and you’ll even get to meet our CEO. Not bad for your first week.

Ongoing learning & development support

Whichever business you join, you’ll find a bespoke training programme which combines on-the-job development with individual coaching, the support of mentors and formal training courses. Throughout, you’ll be building important business relationships and skills.
