Nestle Partnership Fund
Each year, Nestlé UK Ltd has approx 10 commercial roles (marketing or sales) to offer to high performing graduates. Competition for these roles is very intense, and we spend considerable resource in identifying those potential leaders who have the aptitude to contribute to our business growth.
Past experience has shown that university society membership is a key differentiating factor in successful candidates: those who commit to the development of a society tend to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and their experience helps them to develop robust communication skills. All key success factors in graduate development within Nestlé!
We are keen to support the development of strong and innovative societies, and we offer a partnership fund to support university society development. Each year, one society wins £1500, together with 4 hours’ senior management support (via email/telephone) to help them develop sustainable growth for the future.
Partnership of this kind helps you to elevate your society above others offered at your university, to identify your target students and your competitive advantage, to develop and deliver your communication plan and to establish loyalty building activities to secure the future of your society. All the while, society members are offered invaluable access to those skills which contribute to the growth of our business.
So how do I find out more?
If you are interested in taking part and want to find out more please email the name of your society, purpose of your society, number of members and a brief outline as to why you would be interested in working with nestle to graduates@uk.nestle.com
Applications for October 2009 partnership fund have now closed but we welcome any enquires about October 2010.
