Quality Management
We’re looking for the very best science graduates to embark on a Quality Management career with Nestlé – the world’s leading food and nutrition company. You’ll receive the training to develop your knowledge of the quality role together with your management expertise. Working with teams producing global and local brands, you’ll maintain and improve standards by ensuring quality systems are fully maintained and adhered to – with all changes precisely and carefully managed. No two days will be the same as you work in this fast-paced and rapidly-changing production environment.
Along with a passion for high standards, you should be at ease dealing with production and quality data. As part of our Quality Management team, you’ll need the confidence to work with Production Management and Operational teams, instigating change and ensuring compliance and understanding.
You will need to be a capable communicator, with good presentation and problem-solving skills, who’s also willing to develop their coaching and people development ability. We’ll expect you to work on issues and incidents with a proactive, can-do attitude. Naturally, you’ll need an eye for detail and a passion for exacting the highest standards. Your ability to drive change and work as part of a focused team will also be crucial. The flexibility to move around the UK and overseas will be a distinct advantage, as will a full driving licence.
As these are specialist roles, we are primarily looking for individuals who have studied Food Science or hold Chemistry degrees for this area of the business.
To enrol on a Nestlé Graduate Programme you must have achieved (or be on track for) 300 UCAS points, a minimum 2.1 degree or EU equivalent and must be willing to relocate within the UK. You must also have graduated in 2008, 2009 or be graduating in 2010.
