Graduate Programmes
Nestlé offers a wide range of Graduate Programmes. Competition for all of our graduate programmes is high, so within your application its very important for us to see evidence of:
- Your passion for joining the food and drink industry and, in particular, Nestlé
- Your reasons for applying to the specific programme. (Please note that we ask that you apply to one programme only)
- Research into the consumer goods sector & our business
- Our core graduate competencies
- Numerical Ability
Please note that it is absolutely essential that you’re geographically mobile throughout the UK as, for nearly all our programmes, you will change location on at least one occasion (often more frequently). You must have the flexibility to do this. If you wish to be based in a particular part of the country for personal reasons, then the Nestlé graduate programme probably isn’t the programme for you.
