Nestlé offers a wide range of Graduate Programmes. To join us in each, we’re looking for future leaders who have the numerical ability, passion to succeed and commercial acumen needed to drive our business forward.
But which one of our programmes is right for you?
For graduates studying any degree subject
You can choose from the following Graduate Programmes, no matter which degree you are studying:
For Engineering, Chemistry or Food Science graduates
We offer two programmes – QUALITY and ENGINEERING – that require you to be studying a specific subject. If you are studying or have studied a Food Science or Chemistry degree then you might be perfect for a graduate career within QUALITY. Our ENGINEERING Graduate Programme is open for those of you studying Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
What’s important is that you can demonstrate in your application your passion for joining the Nestlé team and the specific graduate programme of your choice. Competition for all of our graduate roles is high, so we urge you to do your own research including reading the graduate profiles for each of these different business areas.
