Marketing

Nestlé brand teams work to build iconic brands, and that takes much more than just a great tasting product, a stylish logo and a slick advertising campaign. We’re looking for high performing individuals with leadership potential, a passion for food, a commitment to a commercial career and a talent for communicating with others.

You’ll join our global team of brand builders, capitalising on their experience and expertise to drive the equity of our brands. You’ll bring our brands to life for our consumers and deliver the financial targets needed to make our business grow. It’s work that demands a strong empathy with the essence of your brand, and a deep understanding of your consumer. Because without the passion and loyalty of our consumers, we have nothing.

Our brands are among the best in the world, and each offers a different challenge. You could find yourself working on a family favourite, like Nescafé, Kit Kat or Shredded Wheat, bringing new initiatives to ensure they continue to be relevant after more than 70 successful years. Or you might be part of a team bringing new brands to market (Rowntree’s Randoms and Skinny Cow hot chocolate are a couple of recent examples). What’s certain, you’ll find that a career in Nestlé marketing is as diverse as it is inspiring.

Our Graduate Programme includes opportunities across Nestlé UK and our associated companies. We have one of the largest FMCG marketing teams in the UK, each member of which wants to win and be the best. So you can be assured that, as you take brand responsibility from day one, you’ll be working alongside some of the best people in the business.

We’re committed to growing our talent: we’ll provide you with the experiences you need to develop, we’ll embrace and support your entrepreneurship and, for those who prove themselves, there’ll be the potential to join our industry-leading Marketing Director team.
