Nestlé brand teams work to build iconic brands, and that takes much more than just a great-tasting product, a stylish logo and a slick advertising campaign. We're looking for high-performing individuals with commercial acumen, the ability to step up and take the lead on projects, and a real talent for communicating with and getting the best from others. Apply for our Marketing Graduate Jobs.

As a Nestlé Marketing graduate, you’ll join either our consumer or commercial marketing divisions for a two year development programme. Don’t worry if you’re not sure which is for you as it’s one application process and a joint selection event so we’ll help you find your fit. However, this very brief description may help you.

Consumer Marketing

This is more about pure brand marketing. You'll join our global team of brand builders, capitalising on their experience and expertise to drive the equity of our brands. You'll bring our brands to life for our consumers and deliver the financial targets needed to make our business grow. It's work that demands a strong empathy with the essence of your brand, and a deep understanding of your consumer. Because without the passion and loyalty of our consumers, we have nothing.

Our brands are among the best in the world, and each offers a different challenge. You could find yourself working on a family favourite, like Nescafé, Kit Kat or Shredded Wheat, bringing new initiatives to ensure they continue to be relevant after more than 70 successful years. Or you might be part of a team bringing new brands to market (Rowntree's Sour Pastilles and Rolo Biscuits are a couple of recent examples). What's certain, you'll find that a career in Nestlé marketing is as diverse as it is inspiring.

We have one of the largest Consumer Goods sector marketing teams in the UK, all wanting to win and be the best. So you can be assured that, as you take brand responsibility from day one, you'll be working alongside some of the best people in the business.

Commercial Marketing

This will suit a graduate with more of an interest in the commercial side of marketing. As with the Consumer Marketing team, you’ll join our global team of brand builders, capitalising on their experience and expertise to drive the equity of our brands, You’ll bring our brands to life for our consumers and end users in the out of home environment, delivering the financial targets needed to make our business grow. It’s work that demands a strong empathy with the essence of your brand and a deep understanding of your consumer in their different channels.

Our brands are among the best in the world and each offers a different challenge. You could find yourself working on a family favourite like Nescafé, KitKat or Maggi, or unique Nestlé Professional brands and solutions like Chef, Herta or Milano. Nestlé Professional is the growth pillar for Nestlé so you may find yourself part of a team bringing new brands and solutions to market. What’s certain, you’ll find that a career in Nestlé Marketing is a diverse as it is inspiring.

Whichever team you join, you’ll be based at either our York or Croydon offices for the duration of the programme. However, location will be assigned based on the experience you have and the fit with the opportunities available rather than by personal preference so you must have the flexibility to be based at either site.

We're committed to growing our talent. We'll provide you with the experiences you need to develop, we'll embrace and support your entrepreneurship and, for those who prove themselves, there'll be the potential to join our industry-leading Marketing Director team.
