Graduate HR Jobs
The HR function has a key role in enabling the business to grow, whether through resourcing, training, reward and in particular as custodians of the culture.
Our proud heritage, reputation and strong market position as the world's largest food & beverage company has meant our HR function can afford to pursue cutting–edge techniques. One of these techniques is the way in which we structure the function. We follow the Ulrich model – also known as the Three Box Model. By applying for Nestle's Graduate jobs in HR You’ll also reap the benefits of our involvement in the Nestlé HR European community.
During your two-year programme, you will undertake at least three placements, ensuring you’ve spent time in each of the ‘boxes’ of Ulrich’s Three-Box Model:
- HR Business Partner (HRBP) – likely to be based in any of our UK factories
- Centre of Expertise – e.g. Talent, Reward, Organisational Capability (our training & development team), Employee Relations. You could be based in York or Croydon for this placement
- HR Operations – the day-to-day operational side of HR which includes Employee Services and Recruitment. You may spend time in both these teams during your HR Operations placement and could be based in York or Croydon
This is no ordinary HR career path. For the very best, we offer the chance to progress into a vital business role at the end of a two–year programme as a Junior HRBP in one of our factories. The programme is therefore designed to give you faultless all–round expertise in order to succeed in this key role. This programme is therefore not suitable for anyone who wishes to become an HR specialist from the off-set.
We're looking for people who can go to the very top; not just those after an everyday graduate job. An HR degree or Masters would be an advantage, as would relevant work experience, but it'll be your understanding of the critical role HR plays in a business that will set you apart.
There is also the option to study towards your CIPD qualification, supported by us.
