Finance is key to our business success and our Finance graduates embrace that challenge daily.
We want to make sure that you get a great understanding of the Finance team at Nestlé which is why our Finance Graduate Schemes lasts for three years. You will undertake three different roles that can be based at either our York and Croydon offices or potentially a factory location. For us the most important factor is that you gain a great insight and a solid foundation so we ensure your placements are demanding and varied.
Whilst your first placement might be in factory to really understand the impact decisions make on the cost of our products, your second could be reporting the financial performance of the UK market to our head office in Switzerland, dealing with some our of most senior managers on a daily basis and your final year could see you as the finance business partner supporting one of our sales teams helping them to understand the best promotions we can offer our consumers. It's all experience that will leave you wiser to the truly critical and diverse role finance plays across our business.
What's more, we provide full support to help you study and pass your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification. We offer generous study leave and financial support, but you'll need to show tenacity and commitment to manage this alongside your full–time job.
