Finance

Never far from the core of our business success, our Finance grads do a lot more than tot up the numbers and balance the books. That’s something someone with your ambition and calibre will be happy to hear. Combine your determination to go right to the top with our plans to develop the most outstanding graduates, and you’ll support the continued success of one of the largest FMCG companies in the UK. All the while building a pretty enviable career in the process.

Your first three years will include at least three placements, split between our head office in Croydon, our main confectionery site in York and, potentially, one of our manufacturing sites. Those placements could see you supporting a Factory Controller, assisting in costing new products and promotions, or consolidating our corporate accounts. It’s all experience that will leave you wiser to the truly critical and diverse role finance plays across our business.

What’s more, we provide full support to help you study and pass your CIMA qualification. We offer generous study leave and financial support, but you’ll need to show tenacity and commitment to manage this alongside your full–time job. We're taking on just a few graduates – so only apply if you consider yourself to be the very best.

To enrol on a Nestlé Graduate Programme you must have achieved (or be on track for) 300 UCAS points, a minimum 2.1 degree or EU equivalent and must be willing to relocate within the UK. You must also have graduated in 2008, 2009 or be graduating in 2010.
